Under the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, employers with 15 employees are required to follow the federal law. What exactly constitutes an 'employee' under this law?

I am trying to communicate to my employer that they must give me the same treatment as another employee received when injured under this law I want to make sure that they qualify with 15 employees under the PDA. I'm searchnig for the definition of employee under this law to make sure I am covered.
