Terminated through VM and harassed.

I was terminated today on VM while on vacation. The CEO terminated another director (both of us over 40) offered her severance, not me. He repeatedly,daily grabbed his crotch, was verbally intimidating and has mentioned (in front of other employees as well) that he doesn't hire "old" people. He is Orthodox Jewish and allowed other Jewish employees extended paid holidays but not extended to other religions. He threatened my job stability because I didn't have a car. A car was never mentioned or entered into my job offer. Laughed at me when I was attacked in my alley. He is very disrespectful, is happy when he makes people cry. I need help. I was told not to speak to anyone in the office. That I didn't need any friends. I am the 4th female director he has done this to.
