Taking Accrued Vacation Days Before Time Useable

I gained my 1st five days vacation in 2008, to be used by 2009. 'Company got sold, salesman bought it, saying we only get 5 paid holidays and 5 paid days a year now for: personal time, vacation, bereavement, maternity and military leave. Took away health insurance benefits and company cellphones also.' He put a typed letter in our mailboxes saying this, never spoke to any of us. Hung up on recpt when she asked a clarification question about his letter, slammed the old company manual on my desk in front of me saying read this when I asked him a clarifying question about his letter. There is no Human Resource Dept, only owners, and few employees in the Company. They are taking our earned vacation time not used before company was sold also. We want to know what our rights are?
