Slander and hostile work enviroment

I'm an RN in Michigan I started a new job and one of my co-workers accused me of smelling like marjuaina I was escorted for a drug test and breathlyzer than driven home. I of course passed the drug screen. They also accused me of several other things like refusing to help coworkers when they asked for help. All the claims seem to be made by 2 employees. I was told be my manager I needed to work on my personal connections. I didn't know making friends was a job requirement. I was told that if I had any other problems in the next 90 days I would be terminated. The anxiety, stress and embrassment forced me to resign. Since I'm only human I don't believe I could go 90 days without making a mistake or having someone complain. I seemed to have a couple of employees out to make sure I got fired. Can I file a claim for slander and or hostile work enviroment?
