A company I interviewed with in St. Louis, MO gave me the following in writing, and I just want to make sure this is legal:
"In lieu of two 15-minute breaks during the day, we have combined these breaks along with 1/2 hour to provide an hour for lunch."
Please note that the hours for this hourly job are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (a total of 9 hours).
