Owner have rights to slander/or remove items from employees
Ok i have been working for this company for a month or so i wanna know does the owner have the rights and the ability to call names like " a fucking idiot or a dumb ass " in front of customers or employees and let alone do they have the rights to remove items from the employers body like headphones of communcation items with out said permission i must know cause i was just recently in the same problem and he wont stop either need to know asap
