Noncompete

The enforceability of a noncompete agreement in Wisconsin is determined by an analysis of five factors. See the discussion on my website at www.fairemploymentlegal.com/Noncompete%20Contracts.htm. Your wife needs to bring the contract to an attorney so that he can analyze the agreement in light of these factors. In Wisconsin, if any part of the agreement is unreasonable, the whole agreement is void. If you wish to discuss this with me, please call me at 414-906-1800.
