Non Compete valid? enforceable?
In 2007 I was hired and signed a no compete contract. In 2009 an employee left the company and another contract w a non compete clause was presented and I signed it. No consideration was given, no bonus,no increase in commission,nothing! it was sign this to keep your job and I did. Is this 2009 contract enforceable?
