NYPD Civilian Provisional to Permanent vs recent Permanent hiring Seniority.
If I was a provisional for 5 years and then went permanent in 2017 vs someone who was hired direct to permanent in 2016, who has more seniority? Does the time as a provisional to permanent hiring get included? Where is the literature that states this? Thanks!
