NJ Law questions regarding removing your personal items and packing it up, and sent it other facility HR Dept. z at any another city, while you are out on medical leave?
on medical leave 6 STD and extended 3wks due to emergency surgery. Employer had hospital note to extend it. Nothing from employer 1wk and 1/2 about job situation of been fired and/or relocated.
