My wife has an executed severance agreement. The attorney for the employer even sent a scan of the final pay and checks showing taxes withheld. It's been two months and they still haven't sent her the money owed. What can she do?
We sold our company and they hired my wife to stay on for a period of 5 years. They fired her without cause and agreed to severance pay. We have an executed copy of the agreement but they have not sent her the money and it has been around 7 weeks. She's in Texas and the company headquarters is in Arizona.
