My offer letter stated that in addition to the salary I would receive an incentive package of $15,000. That was in January 2018. In April of 2018 after inquiring about the incentive several times I was told in an email they would make good on the incentiv
worded as "potential performance incentive"
Was told in phone conversation incentive would be based on meeting occupancy goals and would be attainable.
They never put a program together.
