My manager placed a paper with me and other employees, accusing us of stealing money from ATM's we service. Is this defamation of character? Am I able to do anything about this? I have been with this company for over 11 years. Never have had this happen b
I work for an armored car company that deals with money on a daily basis. I have serviced ATM's for more than ten years. Me and other employees have been accused of stealing a small amount of money from ATM's that we service. The manager placed a paper on a board for all the employees to see that these guys may be stealing money from ATM's. Isn't this defamation of Character?
