My job says I am 30 hours under in vacation time, and is withholding my last check to make up the difference. They never told me I was negative, and don't get pay stubs so know really way to see how many hours I have. What can I do?
My job let me claim vacation time I didn't have, now they want to keep my check into its paid. 30 hours negative but nobody said anything. What can I do?
