My employer wants me to work in a bathroom. What can I do?

My employer recently moved to a smaller location. I had a small office in the old location. In the new location, my boss got the idea of converting a bathroom into an office. Problem is, he says he couldn't get the permits to do it. But he still wants me to use that bathroom (still with toilet and sink) as my office until he can figure out something else. I'm refusing because it's humilating. What can I do?
