My employer died last year suddenly. I nor fellow employees were paid. Now we also can't get a W2. What do I do?
I worked for this employer for over 2 years at his café/bar. Did not receive my last 2 week pay. He had no family or partner to help with this. How do I file income taxes without a W2 from my deceased employer ?
I do not have nor can I afford an attorney.
