My company just raised capital to expand and grow, my current role will not change, however I'm being asked to take a 33% reduction in pay and others in the organization are getting raises? I'm 59 years old and helped start the company, thanks

My company is the 4th year of a start-up. We raised some PE money to fund on going operations and new product development. I was not part of the negotiations with the equity group, but now I'm being asked to take a 33% ($60K a year) cut in pay, others in the organization are getting raises. My role has not changed, and in fact more is expected of me. I'm 59 years old and I feel it is somewhat discriminatory?
