My company is in receivership - is my no-compete clause still in effect?

My company went into receivership earlier this year. There is a bidding process for the company currently going on. The company is based in Calgary and our offices are in the United States. The original filing happened in the Canadian court but they also filed in the US Bankruptcy court. I have an additional concern about whether I will receive what I am owed by the company upon sale of the company since I have accrued vacation time.
