My co workers are upset that I got hired on with the same pay like them instead of getting a lower pay. They are telling me that I am over paid for what I'm doing and that I dont know the job. Is that considered a harrassment?
My co workers are upset that I got the same pay as them when I got hired recently with my employer. My co workers tell me every day that I shouldnt be getting the same pay because I dont know my job.
