My boss filed a sexual harrasment claim and pretended that it was from me. Put my name at the bottom and then wrote that she recieved it on this day from me. She put me on leave for a few weeks and then fired me. is there anything i can do?
my boss filed a formal sexual harassment complaint against her boss using my name. She said that i had come to her with concerns and she then filed a false complaint. She typed my name at the bottom and even wrote in there that i was going to quit if he didn't stop. She put me on paid leave for 8 days and then fired me. I never complained to her about anything. while i was on paid leave she told her boss that i was on drugs and just didn't show up for a few days. what can I do?
