Michigan. I'm a BSN. I was told if I do give 4 weeks notice I lose three weeks pay to minimun wage.
I tried to work three 12's or four 10' but my company won't hear of it. After two years of 60+ hours including weekends, and being shoved on carts until late in the day, unable to complete my management role.
