I’m an older bus driver. I can and work hard everyday. But working more then 40-45 hours a week is nearly impossible. I can not work the same hours that I did 5, 10, or 15 years ago. I simply don’t have the same stamina. Can I refuse overtime based on

I’m an older bus driver. I can and work hard everyday. But working more then 40-45 hours a week is nearly impossible. I can not work the same hours that I did 5, 10, or 15 years ago. I simply don’t have the same stamina. Can I refuse overtime based on this? PS - I retire February 2023.
