Small company containing approximately 70 people.

Beginning of the investigation I was told that there were complaints of harassment directed at me...was not told of what nature until near end of interview, and was denied any evidence or setting of alleged harassment - after I rambled for 10 minutes about what I thought it could be, I was told it was sexual harassment. 2 hours later they told me they've completed their investigation and I was terminated. With my head reeling I still don't know what this was.
