Isn't it Indiana state law that accrued vacation time is simply deferred wages and must be paid out at time of resignation or termination... I was told I forfeited when I resigned but I had earned this month before and had been at the company for 10 years… They state that it's company policy that I forfeited any unused time ...again isn't it state law that this is simply deferred wages and must be paid
