Is there any relief for violation of a separation and release agreement?

My wife and I both worked in a church office and reported tax evasion, harassment and theft violations by another office worker to the Pastor. As a result, we both lost our jobs when the accused employee went to the Pastor and demanded "justice", though our evidence was overwhelming.

We were asked to sign a separation and relief agreement that prohibited the church office from saying anything about the event or anything derogatory about us, as we agreed to do the same, which we have honored. Last week, though, we heard that the office staff and Pastor had been thoroughly trashing us since the agreement was signed three months ago. Neither of us has been able to get a full-time job since.
