Is talking about rape at work sexual harassment when it's been said you don't want to hear about it.

a new co worker very shortly after meeting her disclosed to me she had been raped 40 years ago. I nicely told her work really wasn't the place for this conversation. Few weeks later she tells me again, aggressively, louder, more details. I was in shock and so uncomfortable I barely blinked. I said nothing except maybe she should get some help from a trained medical professional. I have lived with this for months and I've had nothing but problems with this woman. I have told no one her secret, but she has. 2 other women have approached me recently saying they had had the same experience with this women. Both feel as I do, stunned. It makes for a hostile, uncomfortable work place. Is this sexual harassment?
