Is my relocation agreement voided after my company is acquired

My company just got acquired. I have a relocation agreement that states I must pay the company back for relocation expenses if I leave within two years. Is my relocation agreement voided after my company is acquired? Will the new parent company assume the agreement?

Also, if I receive a WARN notice can I resign and not be olbigated to payback relocation?
