Is my contract valid?

I was almost certain I never signed a covenant not to compete. To be sure, when I got my notice of termination of employment I requested my entire employment file. Including any an all signed contracts. Upon receiving the documents from my request I found an Employment Agreement in there. The last paragraph reads as follows:

“Their signatures below establish the parties’ assent to this agreement as of the date set forth in the beginning.”

The document was never signed by any of the parties. Is this an enforceable agreement?

Thank you,

Chris Jansen
