Is it legal if your boss is telling other employees about your charges and saying stuff that isn't true
My boss Jenessa suspended after one of my employees got arrested for stealing a guests credit card and I wasn't even there, she also has started so many rumors about me while I'm on suspension, the news one is saying I'm a child abuser and sex offender, which I'm not.. she's saying that she didn't know that I had a back ground and I told her, I never kept it from anyone, everyone knew
