Is it illegal for my employment to require me, a food server, to tip a busser even if I did not make a tip ? I'm in Nevada.

I am requires to tip a percentage of my total sales to the busser. It does not matter if I am tipped or not. For example, if a customer buys a t-shirt for 25 dollars, at the end of the day, I have to tip the busser for this item even though it is not customary for a customer to tip on the sale of a shirt. If a customer has a $270 tab and leaves me $10, I will still owe the busser $13. Is this legal in Nevada ?
