Is it Discrimination, if a younger and less experience applicant get the promotion over a black?
I (b/m)over 40yrs. of age, 20years with the company and 10year of supervisor Sergent expreience. I interview for a ( Lt. Promotion) but denied the position and it was given to a (W/M) 38yrs. of age, has (9)yrs with the company and NO supervisor experience. I am in great standard with the company and did great on the Interview, but still was denied the position. This is my second Promotion Interview and said to be in the top Three Applicant on Both Position only to be over look by both white applicant.
