In nys a co worker had a yr provisional, failed the test. I was then hired. She came back a yr and a 1-2 after me, still provisional for a few more yrs. She insists she has more time then I do. I have been permanent since being hired.
She started a yr before, but lost time on job because she didn't pass the test.
