I'm trying to determine if I'm being barred from rehire at USPS. I was terminated for absenteeism. I was dealing with the complications of my CERTIFIED INTERMITTENT FMLA SERVICE CONNECTED DISABILITY. Mgmt eventually terminated my services. With good score
Mgmt basically voided my INTERMITTENT FMLA & terminated me. Now when I reapply a yr. later, I'm being sent an email that states I...a disable veteran am not " ineligible " even though I have passing scores and VRA & schedule A status .?
