I'm in Indiana, I was forced to quit my job over a medical disability and the employer refused to even try to accommodate what few restrictions I had or let me transfer. Do I have any grounds for a case?
I was forced to quit on 3/11/21. My employer said I would be rehireable if I quit due to medical restrictions. They would not allow me to transfer to a different position. They also refused to even try providing any accommodations. I was not unable to perform my duties.
