I'm certain these identical entities , is retailiating against me. now facing feloney charges .

Can someone I reported my former employeer to DOL after their legal department hospital's attorney refused to assist me. (Much more detail). Then after obtaining an excellent position 3-4 yrs. later filed another complaint with EEOC for discrimination. The later org. CEO just happened to be same person who refused to help me when prior to dol complaint I'd reported incident to organization's legal depart. Now after losing multiple positions, being arrested multiple times and now facing felony charges related to last arrest. I don't have $ , for hiring an attorney, should I take this to eeoc again? me?
