I'm being retaliated on because I informed Management on good faith of a nurse aid neglectful now they're trying to turn things on me saying I'm harassing the young lady that I did good faith report on.

I went to management gave them 12 copies of statements of this young ladies professional obligation to the residence the management said that they were going to investigate they did not it's been 2 months and returned retaliation to me they charged me with harassment against the young lady that I did good faith towards management even interviewed a young lady that was a witness to one of the allegations against this young lady and have done nothing but turned around and gave that young lady a final and she has nothing in her file.
