I'm a server and my manager is always bullying his staff, many have quit because of it he has yelled at me multiple times. I finally had it and stood up for myself and told him he was abusing his power as a manager he gave me a write up saying he was asking nicely for me to do some tasks and I had an attitude. I refused to sign so he told me to clock out and leave my uniform. I contacted the Regional manager and told him what was happening. This has not been the only complain about the manager, other employees have complained too. I went to talk to the General Manager and it seems like the manager that has been bullying me claims that I walked out on my shift. It is under investigation now, they want to transfer me to a different store to work after its all cleared but in the mean time all my shifts have been taken away and I don't have any source of income. What can be done?
