I am a nurse supervisor and wrote up an aide for neglect non care of several residents which were witnessed by other supervisors and families. Now she has claimed I abused another resident that I'm not in direct care of. And she waited 2 days to report said abuse. Now I'm suspended a week later. And it's been a week since suspension no answers to if I have a job or not.
