I'm a former usps automation clerk ; had an arbitration hearing. I just learned that my supervisor withheld paperwork from that hearing that would have shown I should never have been fired from my job. Is this a due process rights violation?

I feel I was retaliated against for reporting an n my job and then filing an OWCP claim. For 11 months my supervisor refused to sign my 3971 forms for my absence for dr. appts. for my injury. I was accused of touching her trying to get her to sign my forms and was fired. She ignored the 3971 forms I submitted to her, submitted her own, changing what I had written on my forms, and submitted her forms without my signature; then she refused to show anyone what she had done. I should not even have been near her on the day she accused me of touching her....she had submitted her own forms and still had me running to her to sign my forms. This was left out of my arbitration hearing and I am wondering if there is anything I can do.
