Im a LPN in Colorado, I recently was included as a codefendant in an arrest warrant r/t Felony charges of possession or cultivation of marijuana, I work for a medical staffing company whom stated that until or unless Im cleared of all drug related charges

LPN, unable to work and taken off shifts until crimes I was recently arrested & charged with 12/9/14 rt to Marijuana and Marijuana concentrate, and addition pariphenella and possession of my own legally owned guns, from a raid of my residence searchimg for my sons runaway friend and stolen property. The items seized even though not on my person or in immediate reach that the police felt were unlawful were charged as felonies against myself and my spouse whom had 3 harvested plants that were dead and a plastic bucket of trimmings in the garage. despite details of the case. I reported to my work of the warrant turned myself in got boded out and just started court proceedings. The corporate office n MD stated that I can not be staffed until I am cleared of all charges. I cant even afford a private attorney or to support my family with out my income. Can they do this aren't I innocent tile found guilty?
