I'm 57. The CEO offered me a 28% reduction in pay or take a severance package.

The dynamics( age range ) in the IT Department have change dramatically in 3 years. I use to be the ONLY person in the Department too. If I quit, would I have a case for unemployment benefits at least? I feel discriminated against.
