If my employer has approved a week of vacation and advised later it wasn't paid.
My employer approved a week of vacation and upon my return they advised me that I was only eligible for one week that year and subsequently they will not be paying me for that week. Don't they have to disclose unpaid time ahead of time. If I had known it wasn't paid, I wouldn't have taken it.
