If my boss who is also the owner of the company, physically grabbed me by the front of my shirt in an aggressive manner and shook me, can I sue him?
My boss whom is also the owner of the company which I was formerly employed by physically reached through the drivers side window of the dump truck I was driving while I was backing in on a construction site. The company has no HR department, the owner is the HR department. My question is can I sue him and what exactly can I go for?
