If I signed my non-compete, but the agent of my former employer didn't sign it, is it still valid?

I have a very detailed non-competitive agreement in place with my former employer which includes a time frame of 15 months and a territory of 150 mile radius of former employer's Louisiana office, however, the copy that I received was not signed by the agent of the company in the area where he was supposed to sign. Is this still valid, even though the copy they have might contain both signatures?
