If I am accused of sexual harassment, do I have the right to know specifically who made the claim and can I see what evidence was provided to back up the claim against me?

I received a Final Written Warning based on a claim of sexual harassment from a co-worker. The alleged incident occurred over four years ago. We have continued to work together for the past four years. She only recently made the claim. Do I have the right to see the evidence provided so that I can vigorously defend myself?
