I'd like to appeal my appeal

I had been on unemployment from Oct to Nov. I followed the rules about job searching and documentation. Met with my case person etc. It was a bad time of year to look for a serving job and I took the first one offered because I'm a worker and felt forced to due to unemployment. I had reservations about working there because of safety going to and from the parking lot and was only in training when I decided I just didn't feel save so I resigned. There's more to this but unemployment stopped my benefits. I appealed and they still refuse to pay. This will be the 2nd time I've been burned by NV unemployment and for someone who has only ever ONCE collected unemployment in 40 years of working, I feel horribly cheated. I must have some kind of rights don't I? Please help.
