We think our supervisor is "Shady," because we aren't allowed to send letters out notifying these patients that they have credits. I was also told about 6 years ago, this supervisor had another lady in Billing write off every credit that all of the patients had. We also see numerous US Bank envelopes come in the mail that look like statement envelopes and a number of times they are addressed to our company but in the attention of different employees names every couple of months. Something just seems fishy.
