When I became a manager I realize that the Tennessee state law state stats any Tennessee worker is allowed a 30 minute meal break and since I did this I have been demoted for calling in sick for 2 days and I've never called in before I've never been sick before they're just this is retaliation for me making them change the breaks for managers rule
