I work at a place where the owner had in previous months sexually assaulted me and asked me out. Now I'm having problems with the other staff members since losing our general manager due to them harassing her. Now the HR manager has falsely told the owner that I had threatened to stab a manager from previous employment with a pair of scissors. I don't know what to do but I am curious to file against them for harassment and slander. I'm not sure what this all would require for time and money and what I would need to secure my case? There are obviously other issues leading up to the HR managers harassment over the last several months. She conspired and bullied to get our general manager fired which our manager ended up finding another job while they put her on "probation". I went from a 2 day a week employee to them telling me I had no choice but to work at least 4 days a week and from home if need be and they told me I had to be the new Buyer. I had never been a buyer nor did I want to but they forced me into it after I threatened to quit several times. Now I'm being told I have to be a trainer and supervisor and was lied to about getting a raise for them adding the extra work. Help!?
