I work as a caregiver

I work as a caregiver in Sept 2010 I took a case from 5pm-9pm. Almost as soon as I took the case the daughter of the patient on contuniously basis would say abusive things to me. I called my office and told them. They told me they would speak to the family. I continued for months and I asked to be removed in November 2010. My supervisor told me she would talk to the owners and they said I had to stay. I took the Harrasement from the daughter until May 2011 and asked again to be removed and she said if I didnt stay on the case I would only get 20 hours I had a day case of 20 hrs. I told her there are cases I could have taken they send textes of cases over our phone. As soon as I said that they stop.. So with the way the economy is and I have a young child I stayed and took the harrasement from the daughter continued. Finally in Sept 2011 I spoke with one of the owners and I told her..that I havent gotten any textes I started receiving them. My supervisor after I wanted off the case refused to talk to me or hear any problem I was having on the cases. I have been on cases where she has pulled a girl off asap for lesser things. I feel because I am white in a african american majority of workers and the supervisor is also african american that I was treated that way.. I just think I being white should be able to have a discrimation case...whites ger discrimated agaist and noone does anything. I feel it time to let people know we do to and someone needs to listen. I also told the owner I wanted off the case during the week and I was finally I was pulled off the case. Then my morning case they did a visit and I wasnt there I worked 2 hrs and the family said it was ok to leave and make up the hours another day. During nov 2010 and sept 2011 I was at the doctors for a intestinal problem due to stress from going to my night case. I had almost a yr of runs. The scheduler is lying straight to my face and said that she called on monday and I wasnt there...I was there and she said she called and I didnt answer...she said she spoke to the husband which is not true..The case manager who is a RN called my office and told them that I was there because she had spoken to me to let me know what time she was coming to refill my patient medication. I was ask to come into the office and it was my work against the supervisor word...The supervisor would not pull me off the case after numerous pleas to do so. Now I am on probation and I went into the office to pick up my check and they treated me like I was nothing. It took for me to have a bad relationship with my company to be pulled off and I was told over and over again from my supervisor that she couldnt fill the case..and now that they want me out of the company they find someone to fill the case. I am getting only 20 hrs a week and I doubt that I will get more they want me quit but I feel 20 hrs is better then none util I find a new job...is there anything I can do?
